$100 can purchase a tablet used in our classes during our citizen science lessons. Each classroom uses at least 12 tablets so students can each have a hands-on experience of discovering new species!

$250 we can create an entire lesson kit, from pencils and worksheets to scientific instruments. These lesson kits are instrumental in capturing the curiosity of our budding scientists and deepening the connection to the outdoors.

$325 provides an engaging, hands-on, standards aligned, Living Classroom lesson from one of our skilled educators in our school gardens to one class of students.
Create, Grow & Maintain a Garden Bed
$500 can create a garden bed that supports an entire classroom for one school year. This includes seeds, plants, irrigation, maintenance, all the things needed to have a successful year of growing, learning about and eating healthy!
Native Garden Education
$750 provides students in an entire school learn about California native plants and their role in restoring wildlife habitat and how Native Americans used them through ethnobotany lessons.
